摘要
当前矿产资源开发利用效率评价研究主要采取模糊综合评判方法,层次熵多目标决策分析模型,灰色关联评价方法,AHP层次分析法,特而菲法,DEA(数据包络分析)法等。矿产资源开发利用效率与矿产资源利用方式和利用效果关系甚大,这方面指标的选取和定量评价尚需进一步研究,以准确评价我国矿产资源开发利用水平,调查摸清开发利用现状,发挥最大的资源效益,满足我国经济社会发展的需要。
The main methods for efficiency appraisal of mineral development and utilization include:fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,multi-objects appraise model based on fuzzy hierarchy entropy,gray relational analysis for evaluation,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the theory of Delphi,and DEA(data envelope analysis) method.This paper points out that the efficiency of the development and utilization of mineral resource has much to do with utilization method and utilization effect;and the choice of index and law evaluation still require further research.We should accurately evaluate China's mineral resources development and utilization level,investigate and find out the present situation in the exploitation and utilization,so as to achieve the maximum effectiveness of resources to meet the needs of the development of our country's economy and society.
