摘要
目的通过正交设计优选红景天的提取工艺,筛选出最佳工艺参数。方法以提取液中红景天苷含量、酪醇含量及出膏率的加和进行综合评价,采用正交实验优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:药材用6倍量体积分数70%乙醇提取3次,每次提取2h。结论该提取工艺参数客观可行、稳定合理,可为工业化生产提供实验依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Rhodiola crenulata by an orthogonal experiment, and to choose the suitable process parameters. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimal extraction technique with the con-tents of salidroside and tyrosol, and extract rate as the comprehensive index. Results The optimal extraction technique was 70 % al- ohol with 6 folds volume of drugs,and extraction time of 3 times with 2 hours for each time. Conclusion The extraction technique is objective,feasible,stable and reasonable. This study provides a experimental basis for the industrial production of Rhodiola cre-nulata preparations.
