摘要
目的思考药学服务工作中存在的问题及改进措施,为临床药师的成长提供有意义的参考。方法介绍2011年1月至2011年7月我院临床药师参与呼吸科查房,并协助医师进行药物治疗的案例,分析和总结临床药师在药学服务工作中的不足与改进措施。结果和结论临床药师应注重不断提高自身的综合素质,同时得到相应政策的支持,医院药学服务工作会有更好的发展。
Objective To provide a meaningful reference for the improvement of clinical pharmacists＇ ability through thinking the problems and improving measures in pharmaceutical care. Methods Medical treatments in which clinical pharmacists assisted doc-tors from Jan. 2011 to July 2011 in the respiratory department of our hospital were introduced, the lackness and improving meas-ures of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care were analyzed and summerized. Results ＆ Conclusion Pharmaceutical care in the hospital is surely to be developed better as long as clinical pharmacists pay attention to improving themselves＇ general competence and obtain corresponding policy support.
