摘要
八角茴香营养成分丰富,主要含有挥发性成分,有机酸、黄酮类、糖苷类、三萜类、无机离子等多种生理活性物质,具有较高的药用价值。对八角茴香的保健功能、天然活性成分及其提取测定等方面的研究作了归纳与论述,为八角茴香在食品和医药上的进一步研究开发提供理论依据。
Illicium verum Hook.f.has high medical value because it contains plenty of physiologyically active compounds including volatile components,organicacid,flavonoids,glycosides,triterpenes,inorganic ions,etc.This article induced and dicussed health function,natural active components,extraction and determinations of Illicium verum Hook.f.It provided theoretical basis for research and development of Illicium Verum Hook.f.in food and medicine.
