摘要
城市是人口分布、资源消耗和环境污染的集中区,是一个区域经济社会发展的重要载体。日益加快的城市化进程产生了诸多的城市问题,研究城市承载力是解决城市问题、实现城市可持续发展的关键。文章运用层次分析和灰色关联分析方法,构建由土地承载力、水资源承载力、交通承载力、环境承载力4个一级指标、21个二级指标组成的指标体系,对西安承载力进行综合评估和灰色预测,为实现西安综合承载力的提升、经济可持续性发展以及国际化大都市建设等目标提供了理论依据。
City is the concentration area of distribution of population, resource consumption and environ- mental pollution, and is a regional economic development important carrier. The increasing speed of the city process produces many city problems, studying the city＇s bearing capacity is to solve the problem of city, and to realize the sustainable development of the city. The paper uses AHP and grey correlation anal- ysis method, construcs the index system by water resources, traffic, integrated 4 first level targets, 21 two level indexes to evaluate and grey prediction for improving Xi^an comprehensive carrying capacity, en- hance the sustainable development and the construction of international metropolis goals to provide a theo- retical basis.
