摘要
通过总结目前地方综合性院校在师范生技能培养过程中出现的问题,分析造成这些问题的原因,借鉴相关发达国家经验,以期能给地方综合性院校在承办教师教育的过程中提高师范生技能培养质量。
By summing up the current problems of normal students skills training process in local comprehensive universities, analyze the reasons for these problems, drawing on relevant experience of developed countries, in order to improve the training quality of normal students in the process of teacher education which hold by local comprehensive universities.
