摘要
以采用直接传动形式的船舶主推进轴系为研究对象,将其模化为多级阶梯轴连续弹性体模型。基于纵向弹性波理论,由相邻均匀轴段之间的力和位移连续条件推导各均匀轴段纵向振动波幅系数的传递关系,结合边界条件对主推进轴系的纵向振动进行分析。以文献中讨论的一个舰船推进轴系作为验算实例,理论计算值与实测值吻合较好。在此基础上,推导了主推进轴系纵向振动无量纲频率方程,并讨论相关参数对其第1阶固有频率值的影响。研究结果可为主推进轴系的动态设计提供参考。
Stepped continuous shaft model is used for longitudinal vibration analysis of marine propulsion shafting. Based on elastic wave theory, longitudinal wave expression of stepped shaft is derived. With the continuity of force and displacement between neighboring shaft unities, transfer matrix of wave amplitude is obtained. By considering boundary condition, exact solutions of longitudinal vibration of propulsion shafting can be derived. With an example of marine propulsion shafting in literature, it is shown that the present theoretical calculation agrees well with experimental results. Moreover, the derivation of non-dimensional frequency equation for longitudinal vibration of propulsion shafting is demonstrated, and effects of various parameters on natural frequency are discussed. Conclusions of the research can be applied as reference for dynamic design of propulsion shafting.
