摘要
利用废阴极碳块(危险废物)在氧化铝烧结法生产中代替部分脱硫煤,对其中有害物质转化的机理与数据进行分析,证明废阴极碳块在氧化铝烧结中再利用是一种符合国家法规、标准要求,化有害为无害,创环境、经济、社会效益三赢的综合利用途径。
In the production of alumina sinter, we used waste cathode carbon block, a kind of hazardous waste as fuel, to replace part of desulfurized coal, then analyzed the emission data for such replacement production, and interpreted the process of hazardous material transformation, and drew the conclusion that all emission was in compliance with the national permits. This replacement turned hazardous waste into harmless useful resources and achieved environmental, social and economic benefits.
