射频热凝固用于功能失调性子宫出血治疗的临床疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨应用射频热凝固在治疗功能失调性子宫出血中的临床疗效。方法:将功能失调性子宫出血486例患者随机分为治疗组222例和对照组264例,其中治疗组给予射频热凝固治疗,对照组采用子宫内膜切除术进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者治愈率为90.54%,有效率为99.09%,明显高于对照组的76.54%和85.23%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),闭经情况治疗组明显高于对照组,月经量同前的情况对照组明显高于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:射频热凝固用于功能失调性子宫出血临床效果确切,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency heat - coagulation for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, Methods: A total of 486 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group (222 patients) and control group (264 patients), the patients in treatment group were treated with radiofrequency heat -coagulation, while the patients in control group were treated with endometrectomy. Results: The curative rate and effective rate in treatment group were 90. 54% and 99.09%, respectively, which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (76. 54% and 85.23 % , respectively) (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the incidence of amenorrhea in treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group, the menstrual volume in control group was statistically significantly more than that in treatment group (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The clinical effect of radiofrequeney heat - coagulation is good for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
