摘要
目的:探讨钢板内固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的应用及临床效果。方法:对34例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,使用切开复位钢板内固定结合外固定支架治疗,配合术后功能恢复锻炼。结果:术后随访,34例患者骨折均愈合,功能评估优良率为88.23%,影像学评估优良率为76.47%。结论:钢板内固定结合外固定支架方法对于治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果不错,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective：To discuss the application and the clinical effect of the plate internal fixation combined with external fixation stents for treatment of distal radial comminuted fractures.Methods：34 cases of distal radial comminuted fracture treated with open reduction,steel plate internal fixation combined with external fixation stents and combine exercise of the function recovery.Results：After follow-up visit,34 patients of fracture were well,the good rate was 88.23% in function evaluation items,and it was 76.47% the imaging evaluation items.Conclusion：The effect of plate internal fixation combined with external fixation stents in treatment of distal radial comminuted fracture is good,and it is worth clinical application and promotion.
