摘要
熊果酸和齐墩果酸是化学立体结构相同的同分异构体,广泛存在于各种植物之中,具有广泛的生物活性(如保肝、抗炎、抗微生物、抗糖尿病和抗肿瘤)等作用。综述熊果酸和齐墩果酸抑制皮肤乳头瘤的形成、抗黑色素瘤、淋巴系和髓系白血病等药理作用及其机制的研究进展。
Ursolic acid（UA） and oleanolic acid（OA） are isomers with the same stereochemical structure. UA and OA widely exist in plants of many kinds. UA and OA possess widespread bioactivities for example hepatopretection, an- ti-inflammation, anti-microbe, antidiabetes, antineoplastic action, and so on. In this paper, research advances on the pharmacologic actions and mechanisms of UA and 0A in inhibiting formation of skin papilloma, and resisting melano- ma, lymphoid and myeloid leukemia are reviewed.
