摘要
目的分析人工种植牙围手术期的感染因素,更好的预防与控制人工种植牙术后感染。方法对人工种植牙围手术期的感染因素进行分析,采取一系列积极有效的管理及控制措施。结果人工种植牙手术各环节的医院感染管理质量得到规范和提高,控制措施得到落实,有效预防了人工种植牙围手术期医院感染。结论严格人工种植牙围手术期的无菌技术操作,确保落实有效的医院感染管理制度,是预防与控制种植牙术后医院感染发生的关键。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of the infections due to tooth implant surgery during perioperative period so as to achieve better prevention and control of nosocomial infections after tooth implant. METHODS The causes of the infections during perioperative period of tooth implant surgery were analyzed, a series of effective management and control measures were adopted. RESULTS For each step of the tooth implant surgery, the quality of the nosocomial infection management had been improved and standardized, the control measures had been implemented, and the＇nosocomial infections during the perioperative period of tooth implant surgery have been effectively prevented. CONCLUSION The strict aseptic operation during perioperative period of tooth implant surgery and effective nosoeomial infections system are crucial to the prevention and control of nosocomial infections after tooth implant surgery.
