摘要
如果把小学同一年级中的全部课程分为文科类课程、理科类课程和艺体类课程三大类,那么,一个"全科型"优秀小学教师能承担其中一类课程的全部教学工作。小学教育本科专业培养全科型优秀小学教师是体现小学教育专业特点的必然要求,是小学"包班制"的现实需要,也是解决当今高师小学教育本科专业存在问题的权宜之计。培养全科型优秀小学教师可以更好地满足小学教育的实际需求,有效地增强小学教育本科毕业生的就业竞争力。
If the courses of one grade in a primary school are divided into three categories--courses of the liberal arts, those of science as well as of art and physical education, an ＂all-round＂ outstanding primary school teacher is able to assume the teaching of all the courses of one type. The training of all-round excellent primary school teachers by means of the primary school education undergraduate program is not only the inevitable requirement for reflecting the professional characteristics of primary education and the practical needs of ＂the package class system＂ in the primary school but also the expedient to solve the problems confronting the primary education undergraduate program in normal universities at present. The training of all-round excellent primary school teachers can better meet the actual needs of primary education so as to enhance the employability of primary education graduates.
