摘要
针对基于VB的光伏远程监控系统工作量大、底层重复开发多和组态王存在串口通讯和数据处理方面的不足等问题,采用组态王6.53和VB6.0混合编程,以DDE的形式实现数据交换。组态王作为前台程序完成监控界面的开发,实时监控各设备的运行状态。VB6.0作为后台程序,实现数据通讯和处理。实践证明,该监控系统实现了光伏发电环境参数和监控点之间连续、可靠的数据信息交换,可根据相关数据和趋势图判断设备运行状态并预测发电量。
Aiming at the deficiencies of PV remote monitoring system based VB, such as heavy workload, bottom repeated development, serial communication and data processing in Kingview, this paper develops a monitoring system with Kingview and VB mixing programming. Exchanging date is realized with the form of dynamic data exchange. Kingview works as a front-end monitoring interface to real-time monitor operation state of the device. VB6.0 works as background program to achieve data communication and processing. Practice proves that this system can achieve data information exchange between PV environmental parameters and monitoring points continuously and stably, and identify the operation status of PV equipment and forecast electricity generation with related data and tendency chart.
