摘要
目的:探讨同一穴位针刺方向、深度、施术与对应症的关系。方法:对针灸治疗显效的十余种疾病进行了手法量学研究,包括处方、腧穴定位、针刺方向与深度、选择手法与施术时间、针刺间隔时间等参数详细记录和验证,通过积累数据进行分析和对比研究。结果:应用醒脑开窍针刺法量效关系治疗中风病、郁证、多发性硬化症、高血压病疗效肯定。结论:针灸手法量学标准化是针灸治疗学走向剂量化、规范化、标准化、科学化的必经之路,值得深入研究。
Objective：To explore the relationship between needing orientation , depth and operation of the same acupoint and correspond- ing syndrome. Methods ： More than 10 kinds of disease which had excellent effects treated by acupuncture were researched on technique quantity learn, and detailed recorded and verified parameters ,including prescription, acupoint location, needing orientation and depth, selection methods and application of operative time, the interval of time and so on, and analysis and comparative studies were done through the accumulation of data. Results：It has definitely effects on applying refreshing the mind and oping the orifice acupuncture dose - effect relationship treatment of stroke, depression syndrome, multiple sclerosis, hypertension. Conclusion ： The technique quantity learn standard of manipulation of acupuncture is the only way that acupuncture therapeutic tend to quantification, standardization, scien- tific, which worth further research.
