摘要
通过对1例进行性核上性麻痹患者的临床表现及影像学检查结果进行分析,探讨进行性核上性麻痹的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。进行性核上性麻痹容易误诊,目前缺乏特异性治疗方法,应该引起临床工作者的重视。
