摘要
目的探讨马斯洛需要层次理论在精神病患者护理中的应用效果。方法将130例患者随机分为实验组68例和对照组62例。实验组在服用抗精神病药物及进行常规护理管理的同时,应用马斯洛需要层次理论对患者进行评估分析,并制定针对性的的护理计划。对照组患者服用抗精神病药物及进行常规的护理管理。结果实验组住院日,发病频率及社会功能恢复明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论马斯洛需要层次理论应用于住院的精神病患者可使其病程缩短,降低发病频率,有助于患者的治疗和康复。
Objective To study the influence of the theory of MasloWs in psychotic patients. Methods 68 psychotic patients in my department as the experimental group, other 62 patients as control group. The patients in the experimental group were taken the ant.ipsychotic drugs as well as routine nurse management, and use the basic MasloWs hierarchy theory of needs analysis for the patients, evaluate what kind of physical and mental demands they had in different periods of the course, to further satisfy the needs of the patients, and to the benefit for the planning of care plan. The patients in the con- trol group were only taken the antipsychotic drugs and routine nurse management, but don＇t use the basic MasloWs hierarchy theory. Results The patients in the day in hospital, the frequency of disease development and the social function of the recovery is much better than control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion MasloWs theory is applied in the psychotic patients in hospital can make the course short, reduce the frequency of disease development, help the treatment and recovery of patients.
