摘要
城市化进程的加快导致了失地农民大量增加。关注并切实解决失地农民就业问题,对构建社会主义和谐社会,维护社会稳定,以科学发展观促进城乡统筹发展,具有重大的现实意义。采用入户访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法,对吉林省失地农民在失地前和失地后的就业状况进行了实地调查。在此基础上,对农民失地前后的就业状况进行了定量化地对比分析。并从农民自身存在的因素、经济发展因素、地理环境因素以及社会保障因素等方面对影响失地农民就业问题的原因进行了探讨。
The accelerated urbanization led to a substantial increase of land-deprived peasants.Concerning and solving the employment problem of land-deprived peasants has the significant practical significance to construct the socialist harmonious society, maintain social stability and promote the coordinate development of urban and rural based on scientific outlook development.Using household interviews and questionnaire,we make a field investigation about the employment situation between before and after losing land of land-deprived peasants in Jilin provirice.Based on the investigation, the paper gives a quantitative comparison and analysis about the employment situation between before and after losing land of land-deprived peasants.And then,the paper makes a further discussion on the reasons that influ- ence the employment of land-deprived peasants, from peasants＇ elements, economic growth factors, geographic environmental factors and social security factors.
