摘要
针对塑料盖壳零件,分析该产品成型材料共聚物(ABS)塑料材料的成型工艺,完成浇口、精定位、推板推出结构等模具结构的设计,使用Solidworks软件完成结构设计。该塑件注塑模具设计简便实用,生产塑料盖壳零件方便快捷,塑件质地均匀,缺陷小,合格率高,模具损耗小,是一副优质模具。
As for the plastic cover parts,this paper completes the design of gate,precision positioning,the push plate roll structure design of die structure based on the analysis of the part material copolymer（ABS） plastic material forming process.It makes use of Solidworks software to complete the structure design,making the plastic injection mold design is simple and practical.This kind of mold can be used to produce plastic cover parts conveniently and efficiently,and the plastic parts produced by this model is of quality uniform,small defects,high qualified rate,small die wear.It is a high quality mold.
