摘要
目的初步探讨超声筛查的方法及在诊断胎儿畸形中的价值。方法回顾性分析14 951例胎儿行超声筛查的结果。结果 14 951例行超声筛查的胎儿发现各类畸形154例,占1.03%。结论通过超声筛查可对胎儿结构或其他异常得到初步的诊断,是产前诊断的重要方法。
[ Objective] To preliminary investigate the value of ultrasound screening of fetal malformations. [ Methods]The outcome of 14 951 ultrasound screened fetuses was analyzed retrospectively. [ Results] Totally 154 cases （ 1.03% ） were abnormal on ultrasound in 14 951 screened fetuses. [ Conclusion] Ultrasound screening can preliminarily diagnose fetal structure abnormality or other abnormalities and it plays an important role in prenatal diagnosis.
