摘要
目的评价该院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该院1030份病例进行回顾性分析,总结抗菌药物使用情况。结果该院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,单药使用、二联用药、三联用药分别占:74.56%、21.65%、3.79%;不合理用药类型有选药不当、药理拮抗、溶媒不当。结论该院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但也存在不合理现象,部分药品日均费用偏高,抗菌药物的使用需进一步规范。
Objective To evaluate the used situation of antibacterials of inpatient in our hospital, to provide a refer- ence for clinical medication. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 1030 cases of the hospital, to summarize the use of antibacte- rials. Results The hospital was basically rational use of antibacterials, single drug use, two-drug combined with the three drugs associated with, respectively,74.56% ,21.65 % ,3.79 % ;Improper drug selection, pharmacological antagonism, solvent improp- er. Conclusion The use of antibacterials in our hospital is basically rational, but there are also irrational phenomenon,the av- eraee daily high cost of some dru^s need to further standardize the use of antibacterials.
