摘要
目的通过全程护理干预提高门诊老年慢性肾衰患者药物治疗依从性。方法将200例门诊药物治疗的60岁以上的老年慢性肾功不全的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。对照组只给予一般的护理健康指导,简单交代患者药物治疗的注意事项。试验组,在门诊由专人对患者实施一系列的全程护理干预。结果护理干预前两组患者药物治疗依从性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,试验组患者治疗依从性完全依从为82例(82%),对照组完全依从为56例(56%),试验组患者依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程、系统的护理干预可以提高门诊老年慢性肾衰患者药物治疗的依从性。
Objective Through the whole nursing intervention to improve drug treatment compliance in outpatients with chronic renal failure. Methods 200 cases of older chronic renal insufficiency patients over 60 years of age with outpatient drug treatment, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The control group was only given the general care health guidance,simplely explain some matters needing attention of drug treatment to the patients. The experimental group, in the outpatient clinic, implemented a series of nursing intervention to the patients by special people. Results Before nursing intervention, medication compliance of two groups of patients has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Fully compliant patients in the experimental group were 82 （82%）, fnlly compliant patients in the control group were 56（56%）. The patients compliance of the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group, two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The whole and systematic nursing intervention could improve the drug therapy compliance of elderly outpatients with chronic renal failure.
