摘要
目的：分析瑞芬太尼复合顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵在小儿短小手术中应用的可行性。方法选择75侧小儿短小手术随机分为单纯颇苯磺酸阿曲库铵组（K组）与瑞芬太尼组（KR组），并分别记录麻醉效果、术中HR、MAP的变化、术中肢动、术毕清醒时间等。结果两组比较，KR组术中HR、MAP更平稳，体动发生率、术后苏醒时间、顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵的总剂量都明显减少，与K组比较有明显的统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），但两组的呼吸抑制发生率无明显差异（P〉O．05）。结论：在严密观察患儿呼吸和循环的条件下，瑞芬太尼复合顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵在小儿短小手术中应用是安全可行的。
Objective： to analysis of remifentanil combined with benzene sulfonic acid a music library of ammonium in short pediatric operation application feasibility. Methods 75 cases of pediatric short operation were randomly divided into pure CIS benzene sulfonic acid a music library ammonium group （group K ） with remifentanil group （ group KR）, and recorded the effects of anesthesia, intraoperative HR, MAP changes, intraoperative limb movement, postoperative a- wake time. The results of the two groups, group KR with HR, MAP more stable, body movement, incidence of postoperative recovery time, a music library with benzene sulfonlc acid ammonium total doses are significantly reduced compared with K group, there was statistically significant （ P ~ 0 . 01, P ~ 0 . 05 ）, but two group of respiratory inhibition rate had no significant difference （ P ~ 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： close observation o~ patients in respiratory and circulato- ry conditions, remifentanil combined with benzene sulfonic acid a music library of ammonium in short pediatric operation is safe and feasible in application.
