摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液(DH)对自然衰老大鼠心脏、大脑组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为衰老组、Vit E组、丹红注射液大剂量组和丹红注射液小剂量组,每组10只。按照实验设计进行处理后,用ELISA法检测各组大鼠心脏、大脑组织中TNF-α、IL-6的水平。结果与衰老组相比,Vit E组、DH大剂量组和DH小剂量组大鼠心脏、大脑组织TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与DH小剂量组比较,DH大剂量组、Vit E组TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DH可下调大鼠心脏、大脑组织中TNF-α、IL-6水平,减轻机体的炎症反应,其可能参与了抗大鼠自然衰老的作用。
Objective To investigate the influences of danhong injection (DH) on tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and in terleukin-6 (IL-6) of heart and cerebrum in aged rats. Methods All forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into the aging group, the Vit E group, the DH high-dose group and the DH low-dose group (n = 10). All the rats were handled according to the experimental design, the TNF-α and IL-6 of heart and cerebrum were detected by ELISA method. Results The TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the Vit E group, the DH high-dose group and the DH low-dose group were lower than those of the aging group (P 〈 0.05); The TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the Vit E group, the DH high-dose group were lower than those of the DH low-dose group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion DH can delay the aging in rats, maybe because it can reduce the inflammatory response.
