摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠误诊的原因,以提高异位妊娠的诊断率。方法分析11例异位妊娠的误诊原因。结果医生对不典型异位妊娠缺乏认识,过分依赖实验室检查,是造成误诊的主要原因。结论提高对异位妊娠的认识,详细询问病史,以辅助检查,全面的分析判断,减少误诊率。
Objective Exploring the reason of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, to improve the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Analysising of 11 cases of ectopic pregnancy were misdiagnosed reasons. Results The main reasion of misdiagnosis is lacking of understanding the typical ectopic pregnancy for the doctor, depending on laboratory tests. Conclusion improving the understanding of the ectopic pregnancy, auspiciousing fine ask medical history, adding to auxiliary examination,Comprehensive analysis of judgment, to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
