摘要
2008年金融危机席卷全球,福建省也难独善其身。金融危机表面上是对福建省贸易规模的冲击,实际上是对外贸发展方式的挑战。当前福建省外贸发展方式较为粗放,集中表现在:贸易总量偏低,服务贸易滞后,出口仍以劳动密集型产品为主,加工贸易档次低,出口市场集中度高,资源环境效益差等。我省应从优化外贸结构入手,培育出口优势,扩大进口规模,发展服务贸易,提升加工贸易,扶持民营企业,多元化出口市场,加快转变外贸发展方式。
The financial crisis swept around the world in 2008 and Fujian province was also suffered from the fierce attack. The crisis struck the scale of foreign trade apparently, but it was the challenge to the pattern of trade in Fujian. Various phenomenon shows that the current pattern of trade in Fujian is extensive, such as small scale, less -developed trade in service, a huge number of labor intensive products, low level processing trade, highly market concentration, low environmental benefits and so on. In order to accelerate the transformation of trade mode, we should begin with optimizing the composition of trade, cuhivate export competitiveness, enlarge import and trade in service, improve processing trade, support private enterprise and diversify export markets
