摘要
数字经济的迅猛发展深刻地改变了人们生活、工作和学习的方式,并在传统媒体、商务、公共关系、电影电视、出版、娱乐等众多领域引发深刻变革。为提高国际竞争力和满足国内社会经济发展的需要,各国政府相继推出了数字经济发展战略并取得巨大进展。就我国而言,城市化进程正在加速并包涵了与过去发达国家城市化发展完全不同的内容,比如数字城市或智慧城市的建设都成为城市化发展的新形式。在数字经济国际发展比较基础上,对英国及伦敦数字经济的发展进行分析,以期对我国新一轮基于信息化的城市化发展提供有益启示。
The development of digital-economy changed the world much including people＇ s life, work, study, and also brought transformation in the fields of traditional media, business, social relation, film and TV, publishing and recreations. In order to promote the international Competitiveness and meet the necessity of domestic society and economy, many countries proposed digital -economy development strategy and made good winnings. In our case, the process of urbanization is accelerating, and bears with completely different content compared to developed countries, such as digital city or smart city become new forms of urban development. Based on the international comparison, this paper made an introduction on development of digital-economy in U.K. and London and wants to provide a little inspiration for the new round of development of urbanization based on information technology.
