摘要
我国的天然气定价机制可分解为上游定价机制、中游定价机制和下游定价机制。天然气上游定价机制改革的方向为放松井口价格管制,实行市场定价。为对我国天然气上游定价机制改革实现措施等进行详细的研究,引入Tackelberg博弈模型,在三种模式下对我国天然气上游定价机制进行模拟和实证研究。
The pricing mechanism of China's gas price was divided into upstream,middle stream and low stream pricing mechanism.The reformation direction of gas pricing mechanism was to release the price management and implement market pricing.The measures for China's upstream gas pricing reformation mechanism are studied in detail and Tackelberg Game Model is introduced.Based on the 3 pricing modes,the upstream gas pricing mechanism is simulated and demonstrated.
