摘要
低碳旅游景区评价指标体系是一个全新的研究领域,其评价指标的确定、研究的技术方法等都处于探讨阶段。通过对低碳旅游景区的界定和发展背景的研究,根据低碳旅游的特性和旅游景区发展的基本要求,建立了由3大子系统、8项指标、46个要素因子构成的低碳旅游景区评价指标体系,并提出了评价指标各类标准的参考值。本指标体系的建立有利于对国内低碳旅游景区的发展进行量化分析和有效评定,以促进低碳旅游景区的可持续健康发展。
Evaluation index system of low carbon scenic spots is a wholly-new domain, which is in a trial in its indexes and applied methods. This paper, based on a definition of low carbon scenic spots, reviews its research background, establishes an evaluation index system composed of three sub-systems, eight index and 46 factors with its features and developing requirements, and presents its reference value for each index. This index system is advantageous to evaluate quantitatively the development of China＇s low carbon scenic spots and to promote sustainable development.
