摘要
"择校热"会破坏义务教育的平等性,不利于孩子的健康成长。造成"择校热"的原因在于义务教育的不均衡,其中,最关键是教师不均衡,教师的发展在不同的校际之间差距越来越大。鉴于此,需要区域内师资队伍的有效流动。教育行政部门和学校要更新观念,充分认识教师流动的必要性和重要性;建立并完善教师流动机制,实现教师多样化流动;建立区域内的"大义务教育"体系,促进区域内教师素质的整体提升。
Craze for school selection is mainly due to compulsory educational inequality,which is caused by teacher inequality in different areas. To solve the problem, regional teaching staff need effective mobility. And educational administration departments and schools should change their former beliefs and attach importance to the necessity and significance of teacher mobility, whose mechanism should be established and improved to achieve varieties of mobility. In addition, regional system of "extended compulsory education" ought to be founded to promote the quality of the whole regional teaching staff.
