摘要
首先介绍了交通服务水平的评价指标,并详细阐述了所采用的2个评价指标,同时也阐述了实行单向交通流组织所需满足的条件.然后以绍兴市区北海小学-绍兴一中周边道路网为例,分析了该区域实施单向交通流组织的可行性,并提出了2个实施单向交通流组织的方案.最后,利用TransModeler交通仿真软件分别对2个单行方案的预期效果进行仿真,并利用2个评价指标分别对这2个方案的优点与不足进行评价分析.通过仿真分析发现,单行方案2的预期效果略优于方案1的预期效果.单向交通流组织方案2现已应用于绍兴市区北海小学-绍兴一中周边道路中.
This paper first introduces the evaluation indices of traffic service level and expounds the two indices that are adopted in detail, and then presents the conditions to carry out the orgnization of the oneway traffic. Secondly, this paper takes the road network near Beihai primary school and Shaoxing high school in Shaoxing downtown for example, and analyzes the feasibility to put one way traffic into practice in this region. Furthermore, two solutions of oneway traffic are proposed. Finally, the expected effects of two solutions are simulated respectively by the traffic simulation soft ware called TransModeler, and the advantages and disadvantages of two plans are analyzed through the two evaluation indices. From the results of simulation and analysis, we can find that the expected effects of the second plan are better than those of the first one. The second plan of oneway traffic has already been applied in the road network near Beihai primary school and Shaoxing high school in Shaoxin~.
