摘要
苏州工业园区疾病防治中心经过近10年的努力,在学术科研、检验检测、卫生应急、调查实践以及宣传教育等方面的能力有了较大提高。结合工作实践认为,基层疾控机构能力建设经费投入是关键,人才培养是核心,完善机制是保证。
After the 10 years hard work of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Suzhou Industrial Park,we have been greatly improved at academic research,inspection and detection,health emergency,survey practice and propaganda education.We conclude that：first,the criticality is funding input,then,the key point is the talents education and finally,the guarantee is to perfect the mechanism.
