摘要
在实验室完成了包钢目前原料条件下,不同碱度烧结矿的烧结杯试验及高温冶金性能试验。烧结杯试验得出,烧结矿碱度提高后,可提高利用系数,提高烧结矿强度,但同时使烧结矿品位降低。烧结矿的高温冶金性能试验得出,烧结矿的碱度提高到一定程度,可使其熔滴性能变差,综合考虑得出包钢烧结矿的碱度1.89~2.05为佳。
In this paper,the sinter pot tests with sinter of different basicities and the tests of high temperature metallur- gical properties with the current conditions of raw materials in the laboratory of Baotou Steel are introduced. The sinter pot tests show that the productivity and sinter strength could be improved but the sinter grade could be decreased with the in- creased basicity of sinter. The tests of high temperature metallurgical properties for sinter show that the optimum basicity of sinter in Baotou Steel is 1.89 - 2.05 because when the basicity of sinter is increased to some degree, its property of drop- let would be worse.
