摘要
国航专业工学结合人才培养模式创新,首先必须以系统的思想进行顶层设计,以市场企业需求与职业生涯发展为导向,着力推进校企深入合作,建立以能力和素质为本的考核与评价体系并加强流程监控,通过校企合作实现校外实习与校内学习双向交互,分三个层次用四个阶段达到较高的人才培养目标。
The innovation of International Shipping Business Management Speciahy＇s Work-integrated Learning Talent Cultivation Mode must be done with the system thought at first, the market and enterprise need and career development for guidance, further school-enterprise cooperation be vigorously promoted, assessment and evaluation system based on ability and quality be constructed, and the process monitoring should be strengthened. Accordingly, higher talents cultivation targets of ＂two-way three-level four-stage＂ Work- integrated Learning Talent Cultivation Innovation Mode of International Shipping Business Management Specialty will be reached with three levels and four stages, through two-way interaction of school learning and off campus internship basing on school-enterprise cooperation.
