摘要
针对船用球扁钢热轧后出现表面纵裂纹的现象,通过金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜以及能谱分析,对裂纹出现的原因进行研究。发现裂纹内部被氧化,裂纹附近组织中存在铁锰硅酸盐夹杂物,且腐蚀后脱碳现象明显。因此可知:裂纹在轧制之前就已存在于连铸坯上,由于夹杂物的存在使得裂纹在轧制过程中进一步扩展,最终形成表面纵裂纹。
In view of longitudinal surface cracking on the bulb steel after hot roiled, this paper used micro- scope, scanning electron microscope and spectrum analysis to study the cause of surface cracking. The internal of the crack was found being oxidized, and there were iron-manganese silicate inclusions in the microstructure near- by the crack and decarburization phenomenon was obvious after corroding. Therefore it was concluded that crack already existed in the billet before hot roiling, and then expanded during the rolling process due to inclusions, which ultimately resulted in longitudinal surface cracking.
