摘要
目的:分析溶血标本对ELISA法检测HBsAg结果的影响。方法:用ELISA法检测80例HBsAg阳性和80例HBsAg阴性溶血标本的乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)。结果:80例阳性溶血标本有18例假阴性,80例阴性溶血标本有23例假阳性。结论:溶血标本对HBsAg的检测结果影响很大,对于有溶血的标本要进行复检。
Objective To analyze the ELISA method for the detection of hemolysis on results of HBsAg effect. Methods Using the ELISA method for the detection of HBsAg positive in 80 cases＇and 80 cases of HBsAg hemolytic specimens of hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg）. Results 80 cases of hemolytic specimens of 18 cases of false negative, 80 cases of hemolytic specimens have 23 false positive. Conclusion The HBsAg detection results of hemolysis on impact,with hemolysis specimen to be inspected.
