妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与IL-10及CRP的相关性 被引量:5

CORRELATION BETWEEN INSULIN RESISTANCE IN GESTATIONAL DIABETES MELLITUS WITH INTERLEUKIN-10 AND C-REACTIVE PROTEIN

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)病人血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)和C反应蛋白(CRP)与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择妊娠中期GDM病人40例,采集静脉血检测血清中IL-10、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBS)及CRP的水平。以同期糖耐量正常孕妇50例作为对照组。结果 GDM组FBS、FINS、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)及CRP显著高于对照组(t=2.690~13.580,P<0.01);IL-10显著低于对照组(t=20.123,P<0.01)。GDM病人CRP与IRI呈显著正相关(r=0.865,P<0.01),IL-10与IRI呈显著负相关(r=-0.805,P<0.05)。结论炎性递质与GDM发生相关,CRP升高、IL-10降低均加重胰岛素抵抗,促进高糖血症发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum IL-10,CRP in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and insulin resistance index(IRI).Methods Forty GDM patients were enrolled,serum IL-10,fasting blood sugar(FBS),fas-ting insulin(FINS) and CRP were measured,and 50 normal-sugar-tolerance pregnant women of the corresponding time period were served as controls.Results In GDM group,the levels of FBS,FINS,IRI and CRP were higher than that in the control group(t=2.690-13.580,P〈0.01),and IL-10 was lower(t=20.123,P〈0.01).In GDM patients,CRP was positively correlated with IRI(r=0.865,P〈0.01),and IL-10 was negatively correlated with IRI(r=-0.805,P〈0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory transmitters are associated with the development of GDM,both elevation of CRP and reduction of IL-10 aggravate the resistance of insulin and promote the occurrence of hyperglycemia.
