摘要
采用HPLC-MS/MS技术,同时测定番茄苗中的矮壮素和缩节胺残留。样品经水提取后,把提取液和乙腈(体积比1∶1)混合,沉淀净化,再经Agilent ZORBAX Rx-Sil(100 mm×3.0 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,以含浓度10 mmol/L NH4Ac和体积分数0.2%HCOOH的水溶液与甲醇(体积比60∶40)为流动相进行等度洗脱,经电喷雾正离子(ESI)+电离及多反应监测(MRM)模式来测定目标化合物,采用基质标准溶液曲线法进行定量。结果表明,2种化合物质量浓度在1.0~50.0μg/L内线性关系良好,定量限(LOQ)分别为0.4μg/L和0.2μg/L,加标回收率平均为95%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)平均为2.5%~6.5%,可满足番茄苗中矮壮素和缩节胺残留的检测要求。
The residues of chlormequat and mepiquat chloride residues in the tomato plants are studied by means of high per- formance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometer. The samples are extraction with water and cleaned up on 50% acetonitrile. The target compounds are separated on an Agilent ZORBAX Rx-Sil ( 100 mm × 3.0 mm, 1.8 μm) chromato- graphic column by equivalently elution using 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate-0.2% formic acid solution and methanol (60 : 40) as mobile phase. The residues of chlormequat and mepiquat are determined under the electrospray positive ionization (ESI~) and multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) mode, and quantified by the matrix-matched stand solution. The results show that the good linear relationships responses are in the range of 1.0-50.0 μg/L, the limits of quantification (LOQs) are 0.4μg/L and 0.2 μg/L for chlormequat and mepiquat chloride. The average recoveries are 95%-105% and the relative standard devia- tions (RSDs) are 2.5% -6.5%, the method can meet the requirements for the determination of chlormequat and mepiquat chloride in tomato plant.
