摘要
伊朗雅达油田地层复杂,具体表现在Gachsaran层大段石膏层污染钻井液,Kazhdumi层稠油质沥青侵入导致钻井液流变性能变差;Fahliyan地层为储层,井底温度高达145℃。前期完钻的5口井均出现了石膏、沥青污染和Fahliyan层压差卡钻等复杂情况,导致作业费用增加和钻井效率降低。在Gachsaran石膏层采用了抗膏聚合物钻井液,在Kazhdumi层采用了混入柴油和加入乳化剂等方法,在储层钻进中使用了超低渗透钻井液技术及分段封堵工艺,以解决高温高压下渗透性良好的孔隙性灰岩的压差卡钻问题。优化后的钻井液技术现场应用效果良好,F4井仅用65 d完钻,比邻井F23井钻井液总费用节约26万美金,钻井周期提前15 d。
The formations of Gachsaran and Kazhdumi of Yadavaran oil field in Iran are troublesome,and Fahliyan is reservoir with the bottom-hole temperature 145 ℃.In the 5 offset wells,the contaminations of gypsum and asphalt and differential pressure pipe-stuck in Fahliyan formation are encountered,which causes higher cost.To overcome those difficulties,the antigypsum polymer drilling fluid system is used in Gachsaran,also the diesel and emulsifier are applied in Kazhdumi to deal with high permeability limestone in high temperature and high pressure differential pressure pipe-stuck,which is cooperated with non-permeability technology and fragment plugging.The field applications show that the well F4 is finished in 65 d,compared with the offset well F23,$260,000 is 15 d of drilling period are saved.
