摘要
吉林省水土保持科研所几年来大力开展科教兴在工作，锻炼和培养了科技人才队伍，使科研工作与生产实践密切结合起来，科技成果迅速转化为生产力，解决了农民在生产中遇到的技术难题，促进了农村经济健康发展，加快了农村产业化发展步伐。
For a number of years,Soil and Water Conservation Research Institute of Jinn Province has carrieed out vigorously flourishing in agriculture through S & T,tempered and trained the technicians, and made the scientific research work with production practice combined closely,S & T achievements transformed into productive forces quichly, solved difficult technical problems which farmers met in production, promoted the development of rural economy healthily, speeded up the steps of rural industrialization.
