摘要
利用秸秆纤维素生产生物化工醇代替非可再生资源石油已成为目前国内外研究的热门课题,整个工艺关键的两步是秸秆制糖和糖的氢化裂解。目前国内研究较成功的结果表明玉米秸秆采用高温酸解预处理和酶解技术,纤维素的转化率达80%以上,成本低且不产生工业"三废";用高效雷尼镍催化剂氢化裂解秸秆糖,生物化工醇收率可达81%左右,再利用减压精馏技术得到所需的化工醇产品。
Using corn stalk to produce biological chemical polyols instead of non renewable resources oi~ became a hot research topic at home and abroad, and the key technology was the two steps in straw sugar and sugar hydrogenation cracking. At present, the domestic more successful research results showed that corn stalk with high temperature and acid hydrolysis pretreatment and enzymolysis technology, cellulose conversion rate of more than 80%, low cost and no industri- al Three Wastes. Using efficient Raney - Ni catalyst to hydrogenate and split straw sugar, biological chemical alcohol yield can reach about 81% , and then using the vacuum distillation technology, desired chemical polyols products were ob- tained.
