摘要 针对复杂难选铅锌硫化矿的浮选分离难题,结合矿石特点,提出以丁黄药作捕收剂,以硫酸锌作抑制剂,采用抑锌浮铅,铅粗精矿再磨高碱度优先浮出,然后进行锌硫分选工艺,取得理想的铅锌硫分离浮选指标。解决了铅精矿中锌超标问题,创造了良好的经济效益。 It is difficult via flotation to separate lead, zinc and sulphur contained in complicated-structured lead-zinc sulphide ore. The following methods are applied: Xanthate is used as collecting agent and zinc sulphate is used as suppressant to suppress zinc and float lead; coarse lead concentrate is reground and floated at high-basicity; finally appropriate processes are carried out to separate zinc from sulphur. The problem that zinc content in lead concentrate is too high is solved; and lead, zinc and sulphur are well separated from each other; which brings increase of economic benefit.
