摘要
引起主变压器温升异常有多方面的原因,变压器产品制造用材控制不好也是其中重要的原因之一。通过处理110kV开关站2号主变压器设备的温升异常及分析,结合六安公司近几年大容量变压器投运遇到的实际情况,对主变压器工厂用材及制造工艺、容量满足等方面产生温升异常原因进行了进一步分析,并提出相关策略。
The reasons for the main transformer abnormal temperature rise are many aspects, and the bad manufacturing material control of transformer products is one of the important factors. By processing and analyzing No. 2 main transformer abnormal temperature rise in the 110kV switch station and combining the actual situation of large power transformer during the operation in Lu＇an Power Supply Company recently, the paper further analyses the reasons for abnormal temperature rise from the material of transformer, technology and capacity etc, and then proposes correlative strategies.
