摘要
从重庆市 ２５°以上坡耕地现状及主要问题以及重庆和长江流域可持续发展的角度，指出重庆实施退耕还林势在必行，刻不容缓。提出了重庆市２５°以上坡地退耕还林治理的实施机制及退耕还林、退耕还草、退耕还药和退耕还复合经营可持续发展模式。
On the basis of analyzing the present situation and main questions of the hillside fields large than 25° in the bee Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing, and the sustainable development of Chongqing and the Yangtze River, this paper puts forward that giving up cultivation and resuming forest at the hillside fields lug than 25° in Chongqing be necessary and demand immediate attention. The style of giving up cultivation and resuming forest, resuming pasture, resuming medicinal herbs, and resuming compound economy are proposed too.
