This paper gives detailed analysis about the characteristics of future manufacturing business. In the hard competition market environment, future manufacturing company should have the characteristics of globalization, information, team work, knowledge supply chain, integration of product and process, technological innovation and etc.. It also describes the characteristics of future enterprise, product,pro duction mode and production process.
