幕上脑内环形强化病变的低场MRI诊断 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结幕上脑内环形强化病变的MRI特点,提高对幕上脑内环形强化病变的诊断水平。方法对50例经手术病理证实的幕上脑内环形强化病变患者的低场MRI表现特征进行分析,并提出对该病变的诊断依据。结果 50例幕上脑内环形强化病变中,星形细胞瘤30例(60%),脑转移瘤15例(30%),脑脓肿5例(10%)。结论:掌握幕上脑内环形强化病变的MRI特点,能够得出较准确的影像学诊断。 Objective To comprehend the MRI peculiarity of circular enhanced supratentorial brain lesions, improve the diagnosis level of circular enbanced supratentorial brain lesions. Methods 50 cases of circular enbanced supratentorial brain lesions were analyzed. Results In the 50 cases of circular enbanced supratentorial brain lesions, there were 30 cases of astrocytoma tumors (60 percent), 15 cases with brain metastasis (30percent) and 5 cases of brain abscess (10 percent). Conclusion Comprehend the MRI peculiarity of circular enhances supratentorial brain lesions. We can obtain a more accurate image diagnosis.
