摘要
目的评价中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘随机对照试验的质量。方法计算机检索MEDLINE、PumMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据全文、维普医药信息资源系统、中国数字图书馆CHKD期刊全文数据库等数据库,结合手工检索相关杂志等。采用改良Jadad评分量表和《中医药临床随机对照试验报告规范》评价研究文献的质量。结果共纳入78篇随机对照试验,改良Jadad得分为1.18±0.56,且报告不规范。结论目前中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘随机对照试验的方法学和报告质量均低下。
Objective To evaluate the quality of integrated Chinese-western therapy for cough variant asthma. Methods The Cochrane library, MEDLINE, PumMed, EMbase, SinoMed, WANFANG database, VIP medical information system, CHKD were searched, and relevant journals were searched by manual retrieval. The CONSORT for TCM and revised Jadad scale were applied to evaluate the quality of literature. Results Seventy-eight trials were identified. The revised Jadad scale was 1.18±0.56, and the reporting was not enough. Conclusion The quality of literature of integrated Chinese-western therapy for cough variant asthma was low.
