摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲新联合匹维溴铵对更年期肠易激综合征的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法通过对该院2009年10月-2011年10月收入治的76例更年期肠易激综合征患者,随机分成2组,对照组使用匹维溴铵治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲新,对比2组总有效率和不良反应的发生率。结果观察组和对照组的显效率分别97.37%和86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组无明显不良反应病例发生。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲新联合匹维溴铵对更年期肠易激综合征患者有理想疗效,临床上建议进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Deanxit combined with Pinaverium bromid in the treatment of older paitents with irritable bowel syndrome and drug safety. Methods 78 paitents with older paitents with irritable bowel syndrome from October 2009 to October 2011 selected and divided into control group and treatment group. Control group are given pinaverium bromid ,On the basis of tlae control group,the treatment group,s Cases are treated with deanxit,comparing the two group total effectiveness. Results Treatment group and control group of significant efficiency by 97.37% and 86.67% respectively,two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） ,two groups of no obvious adverse reaction cases. Conclusion It is valuable about Deanxit combined with Pinaverium bromid in the treatment of older paitents with irritable bowel syndrome,the advantage of defi- nite effect, and rapid recovery. Suggest further promotion in clinical.
