摘要
目的探讨输卵管结扎术并发症的发生情况、发生相关原因及其防治。方法选择2006年12月至2011年4月在我院行输卵管节育术者共1300例,均为自愿选择输卵管结扎术,均在签字同意后实施手术。记录本组接受术者的术中和术后近期并发症。结果术中并发症共9例,发生率为0.69%,其中卵巢撕裂性损伤发生率为0.38%;术后近期并发症共232例,发生率为17.84%,其中切口下肌层血肿感染发生率为12.38%。结论提高手术者技术水平,及时发现并发症和及时处理是减少或避免并发症发生的关键。
Objective To discuss the complications of tubal ligation and its causes and prevention. Methods 1300 cases who voluntarily received tubal ligation during Dec. 2006 to Apr. 2011 were chosen as study objects. The operation was performed after they signed the agreement. The incidence of complications during and shortly after operation were recorded. Results 9 cases had complications during the operation, the incidence was 0.69% ,the incidence of ovarian tearing injury was 0.38%. 232 cases had complications shortly after operation, the incidence was 17.84%, among which, 12.38% were hematoma of muscularis un- der incision. Conclusion The improvement of technical level and timely discovery and treatment of compli- cations are key to the reduction and avoidance of it.
