综述了面粉中过氧化苯甲酰检测的6种方法,并比较分析了这6种方法的优缺点,为相关检测工作者提供了一定的参考。
This paper reviews 6 detection methods of benzoyl peroxide added in wheat flour, compares their pluses and minuses. The results also provide references for this work.
